This is sharp and honest. The live-action Moana feels like the perfect example of Hollywood’s current disease: mistaking recognition for emotion. The original had magic. This one has a checklist.

The Dwayne Johnson point is fair too. “It’s okay to say no” is something more stars need to hear.

Well written. The industry needs more pieces like this that actually call it out instead of just cheering for the brand.
